9 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
2 T brandy, rum, orange liqueur, Tia Maria, etc
5 eggs
1 T flour
confectioners sugar
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
-preheat oven to 350º
-grease 9" round pan with removable bottom and line with parchment
-wrap pan in foil so water won't seep in (cake is baked in water bath)
-melt chocolate, butter and sugar in microwave
-cool slightly and add liqueur
-beat eggs in mixing bowl
-add flour, then beat in chocolate mixture until well blended
-pour into prepared pan and place pan in roasting pan
-add enough boiling water to roasting pan to come 1/4" up the side of cake pan
- bake 25-30 minutes until edge is set, but center is still soft
-cool on rack
-dust with confectioners sugar and serve with whipped cream on the side
