1 1/4 cups cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine-melted
2 1/2 cups zucchini
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In small bowl combine cracker crumbs and butter; reserve 1/4 cup of cracker mixture for topping. In medium bowl, stir together remaining cracker mixture, zucchini, cheese, egg, onion, and garlic. Place zucchini mixture in 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture. Bake one hour.
