1 large cucumber
2 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small onion
Ruffles Potato Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put cream cheese in bowl while preparing the cucumber and onion.
Peal cucumber, slice lengthwise and remove seeds. Chop fine both cucumber and onion and add to cream cheese. Mix well with mixer.
Serve with chips. Keeps well for two days.
