3 quarts 2% milk
2 1/2 cups sugar
10 eggs
5 tbsp. Raleigh's vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend well eggs, vanilla and salt. Add sugar and mix, Add milk and mix. Freeze mixture in an ice cream freezer until frozen, about 45 minutes.

Notes: Use small ice cubes in ice cream freezer. Chill recipe prior to freezing. Blend very, very well.
