2 lbs. frozen hash browns
4 C. water
1 onion chopped fine
3/4 C. diced celery
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cans cream of chicken soup
1 quart of milk
2 cups cubed ham
1 tbsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, water, onion, celery, bouillon cubes, celery seed, pepper in a deep pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes until tender. Add chicken soup and milk to simmering soup & stir. Then add ham & parsley flakes, simmer for addl. 10 minutes or until heated through.

Garnish with bacon crumbles, shredded cheese or both.
