Whole dill or sweet pickles (I cut mine in half or quarters)

Cream cheese

Any thinly sliced meat

Have cream cheese at room temperature when making appetizer. Spread cream cheese over sliced meat before wrapping it around the pickles. Wrap in waxed paper. Cool overnight.

We have these for Christmas every year. I use the Budding pastrami, chicken, ham and turkey. I make some without the cream cheese for those who don't like cream cheese. My Mom, pictured here, loved these.
