6 slices of bread, lightly buttered and cut into 9 sqs.
1/2 lb of grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs1tsp dry mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 cups of milk
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Buttera 2 qt. casserole and put a layer of bread on the bottom. cover with a layer of cheese. repeat until bread and cheese are used up. Beat remaining ingredients up together, pour over cheese & bread. refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, bake at 350º for 40 minutes. can dress it up with sausage, bacon, crab, ham, shrimp, Dad said "experiment-keep up with your favorites".
