2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (3 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/8 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/8 cup celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp seasoned salt

Directions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth - stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, celery, onion and salt. Shape into one large ball or two smaller balls. Chill for an hour or so before rolling in 1 cup pecans.

This recipe came from a friend's mother in Winter Park, Florida, where I grew up and I have always loved it. I've had it since I was a teenager!
