3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 9-inch pie shell, baked

Meringue:
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Stir in egg yolks; add milk and cook over low heat until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour in pie shell and top with meringue. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350º.

Meringue: Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until stiff; then add sugar.
