Ingredients:  
1 Tray pre baked Phylo SHELLS, pre baked for extra
crispiness.
1/2 can salmon, flaked
3 T Cream Cheese, softened
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 thick slice Red Onion, chopped finely
Fresh cracked Black pepper to taste
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
12 slices, (small thin slices) yellow bell pepper for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon, cream cheese, onion, tabasco, and pepper in
food processor and process until smooth. Taste for
seasoning

Pre bake per package directions the phylo cups, let cool
before filling

Fill the cups with the salmon mixture and garnish with a bit of
dill sprig and yellow pepper strip.
