4 c. cold milk
1 c. quick-cooking grits
1/2 t. salt
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1oz. (1/4 c.) fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 small garlic clove, pressed
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
oven to 350º. In saucepan bring milk just to a boil over medium-high heat. Gradullay add grits, stirring constantly. Stir in salt. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook 5-7 mins. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Stir in grated parmesan cheese. Press garlic into grits. Stir in eggs. Pour mixture into oven-safe bowl/dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
