2 lbs. chuck chopped meat
2 cups chopped onions
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 large can tomato juice - 46 oz.
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp.pepper
1 tsp. salt
cabbage - 2 1/2 lbs. - cut into 1 1/2 " cubes

Directions:

Brown meat with onions.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
