1 large jar of pasta sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup cottage cheese or 2/3 ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 6oz. package spaghetti noodles
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles, drain and cool. Mix cottage cheese and egg with noodles. In a 9-inch round pie pan, place the noodle mixture as a crust. Pair 2 cups of pasta sauce on spaghetti crust. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Take out and add cheddar cheese on top then place back in oven for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Let cool for five minutes and then cut pie sections. Really great to make and freeze.
