3 1/3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups of sugar
1 can of pumpkin (one pie brand)
2/3 cup of water
1 cup of vegetable oil
4 large eggs

pre heat oven to 350º
mix first 7 ingredients together, make a well in the center of the mixture and add the remaining ingredients. with an electric mixer mix all ingredients until they are well blended.
pour mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans (9x5) bake in oven for about 1 hour
