1 CUP OLIVE OIL
1 ½ CUPS RED WINE VINEGAR
2 TEASPOONS SALT
¾ TEASPOON PEPPER
4 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC CRUSHED


1 HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER - cut into florets
1 HEAD OF BROCCOLI - cut into florets
1 RED PEPPER CUT IN SQUARES
1 YELLOW PEPPER CUT IN SQUARES
BIG PACK OF MUSHROOMS WITHOUT STEMS

MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 12 HOURS
FLIP OCCASSIONALLY
DRAIN BEFORE SERVING

Directions:
Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil on stove and then let sit to room temperature. Pour over vegetables. Let marinate over night (at least 12 hours). Flip occassionally. Drain before serving.
