Sour Cream Enchiladas Recipe

1 lb hamburger
1 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 can black olives, diced
2 small cans green chilies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. (16 oz) sour cream
4 c grated cheese
1 pkg flour tortillas

Brown hamburger and onion until cooked. In a saucepan combine soup, salt, olives, sour cream and green chilies. Simmer until bubbling.

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon hamburger and onion on floured tortillas, then add spoonful of sour cream mixture. Then sprinkle with cheese.

Roll up tortillas and place in pan. Spread remaining soup mixture on top of the rolled up tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
