1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided in half
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. salt and pepper
1 box jumbo shells, cooked

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat, onion and garlic; drain. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add meat. Stuff cooked shells with mixture. Cook covered in greased baking dish 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Return to oven until cheese melts.
