1 cup Crisco (solid shortening)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Crisco oil
1 egg
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cream or tartar
1 cup coconut
1 cup quick oats
1 cup Rice Krispies
3½ cups flour

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients to creamed mixture. Drop by spoon full on Cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350º oven.
