1 lb veal cutlets
2 lg chopped tomatoes
2 lg chopped onions
Cayenne pepper to taste
Black pepper & Salt
Garlic salt
Shortening
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Season veal with cayenne, black pepper, garlic salt & salt. Dip in flour and brown in shortening. Remove veal and stir flour til real brown. Add tomatoes, onion and water. Bring to a boil and cook til thickened then turn to simmer and put veal back in the pan. Simmer 30 minutes turning once. Serve over grits.
