3-4 lb. Rump Roast
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
Flour for gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast, fat side up, into dutch oven (cooking pot with tight lid)
Peel vegetables and cut into lg pieces--then place around the roast
Pour 1 can Golden Mushroom soup over top.
Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hr.
Reduce heat to 250º - 275º
Continue baking until fork tender (about 3 hrs)
Remove meat to platter and cover with foil.
Put vegetables in bowl and cover.

Gravy:
Put pot on cook top on low heat.
Add, while stirring: mixture of 2-3 T. and 1/2 c. water (shaken well in a jar).
Continue stirring until gravy thickens.
Salt and Pepper to taste
