1 1/2 lbs. Walleye Fillets
Lemon Juice
Flour
Salt & Pepper (can also substitute w/ lemon pepper)
1/4 cup Oil

Batter:
3/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper
3/4 cup Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fillets into 2" strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice and roll in flour seasoned with salt & pepper. Set aside

Prepare batter by combining flour and Salt & Pepper; gradually blend in beer, mixing thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Dip fillets in batter and fry quickly until golden brown and fish flakes when probed with for.
