2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 8 oz. package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
1 medium onion, chopped well
¾ cup melted butter
6 eggs, beaten
¾ cup Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
1 TB garlic powder
¼ tsp. thyme
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and roll into approximately 1 inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet after coating with cooking spray (Pam). Bake approximately
20 minutes until slightly brown. Remove with spatula and enjoy – yum!
