3/4 C. Brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/2 C. Vanilla ice cream, softened
2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
Hot Apple Cider

Directions:
Directions:
Blend brown sugar, cinnamon, ice cream and butter together until smooth. Freeze several hours before serving.
To serve, stir one rounded teaspoonful of mix into 1 C. Hot Apple Cider.

This is nice to have at Holiday time. Mix can be stored in the freezer for several months. I received this recipe from Sandy Pippo, a RN I worked with on PCU at Mercy Hospital.
