2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda. Add flour mixture to sugar and eggs. Add undrained pineapple and nuts. Bake in a 13x9 ungreased pan at 350º for 40-45 minutes. For frosting, combine cream cheese and softened butter. Mix well. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice cake while hot. Refrigerate.
