2 lb frozen Hashbrown Potatoes (sliced not cubed)
4 C Water
3/4 C Celery, sliced
Onion to taste, chopped
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1.4 tsp Pepper
4 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 to 2 C Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 qt Milk
2 C Cooked Ham, cubed
1 T Parsley Flakes, optional
1.2 tsp Garlic Salt, optional
2 T Chives, optional

Directions:
Combine hashbrowns, water, celery, onion, bouillon cubes, pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes. (Enough time to tender celery and hashbrowns) Add chicken soup and milk. Stir until well mixed. Add cooked ham and optional spices. After all is mixed add 1 cup cheddar cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put into crock pot on low for a couple of hours. 1/2 hour before serving add 1/2 to 1 cup more cheese and turn up heat to med.
