1- 16 oz.pkg frozen stir fry vegetable
1 lg can potatoes or 5 fresh (cubed in small pieces)
2-3 cans gravy(depending on how saucey you like)
3/4 c. cooking wine (Opt.)
1- 4 oz. can mushrooms
Onion Flakes
Left over meat of any kind in desired amounts (chopped into small pieces) approx 2 c.
Pie Crust (Homemade or pre-made)

Preheat oven 350º
Open cans of gravy dump in saucepan
add cooking wine(opt.)
add desired amounts of onion flakes,medium heat & stirring until gravy is warm,add in mushrooms(drained)stir fry vegetable,potatoes and toss well in gravy,place mixture into pie shell, bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Pie Crust:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
8 tablespoons ice water

Mix 2 cups flour and salt with vegetable shortening using pastry blender. Mix in 6 to 8 tablespoons ice water and stir until mixture forms a ball. Divide ball in half.
Using a rolling pin, roll one of balls to fit the bottom and sides of an 11x7 inch baking dish. Roll out the other half of dough to form top crust.
Use this pie crust as directed in your favorite pie recipe.
