16 oz Velveta Cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes (undrained)
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain and add Taco seasoning mix, prepare according to package directions. Place cheese cubes and Rotel tomatoes in microwave safe 2 qt. dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes, stopping after 2-1/2 minutes. Add taco meat and mix well. Continue cooking for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes until well cooked. Place in crockpot to keep warm.
