1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, if desired

Combine ingredients; let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake in 9X12 glass dish for 45 minutes at 325º.
