1 lb frozen peas
4 c. chicken stock
3 tsp. plain flour
3 oz. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. milk
small tub natural yogurt (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover peas in water and cook until tender. Drain then mix with 2 tsp. of chicken stock and set aside. In a saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook slightly. Continue stirring and add curry powder and salt/pepper. Remove from heat, then gradually add the rest of the chicken stock. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Blend cooled peas and add to saucepan with milk. Serve with dollop of yogurt on soup and garnish with mint or parsley if desired.
