2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
2 tsp. dried minced onion or fresh
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
2 c. milk
1 (12oz) beer
1 pkg (8oz.) sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, onion, parsley and red pepper stir until blended. Stir in milk, beer and cheese. Cook until heated and smooth.
