1 can garbanzo beans, drained (reserve juice)
1/3 c. tahini (sesame paste)
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon, to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place garbanzo beans, tahini, cumin, garlic, and lemon juice in food processor. Process until smooth. Add reserved juice from garbanzo beans until consistency of pudding. Process again. Add salt and additional lemon juice to taste.
Serve with pita chips or crackers
