6 cups mashed peaches
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 cup half and half
2 can evaporated milk
1 qt milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peaches and 1 cup sugar; stir well, and set aside. Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating until thick. Add salt, vanilla, and 1/2 cup milk; beat until sugar is dissoloved. Stir in half and half, evaporated milk and peaches. Pour mixture into freezer can of electric freezer. Add enough milk to fill can two-thirds full. Freeze according to freezer instructions. 1 gallon.
