1 pkg. butterscotch pudding powder (not instant)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups whole pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and saucepan and cook slowly until dissolved. Add the pecans and boil slowly until candy reaches soft ball stage, 235º to 240º. Remove from heat and beat until mixture thickens. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

I brought this recipe home from a 4-H meeting and Grandmother made it. This was another favorite holiday candy.
