1 stick butter
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 lb. round steak - cubbed, salt, pepper and flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, saute onions until soft, take out and set aside. Brown meat on both sides, add can of soup and 1/2 can water. Add onions and let simmer about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. When ready to serve, add sour cream.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
