3 egg whites
3 tsp. water
1/8 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 c. sugar
20 crushed Ritz Crackers
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray Pam in 10 inch pie pan. Beat egg whites, 3 tsp. water, and 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar until soft peaks. Then gradually add 1 c. sugar while you are beating until stiff. Fold in Ritz Crackers and pecans. Pour into prepared pie pan and bake for 20 minutes. When the pie is done, cool completely. Fill pie shell with 1 quart of your favorite sherbet or ice cream. Freeze
