1 4oz. Can Tomato Paste
1 1/2 c Water
1/3 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic ( more if you like garlic)
Little salt pinch of pepper ( to taste)
1/2 T Oregano, Sweet Basil, Crushed Rosemary

Mix paste, water, oil until well blended Add garlic and remaining herbs and S&P.Cover bowl tightly. Let stand for several hours or over night

I cook mine because it fills the house with great smells. Simmer slowly until desired thickness

If cooking don't forget to stir it once in a while. This is a wonderful sauce. I also use fresh herbs and more than 1/2 T of Rosemary. This is a use your nose kind recipes. Make the house smell like a pizza parlor
