2 lb Sauerkraut
1 lb Small Spiral noodles
1 lb bacon
1 lb mushrooms

Directions:
Cook bacon and SAVE THE GREASE. Cook the spiral noodle's and set them aside. Cook the mushrooms. Add all ingredients together including sauerkraut, then dump the grease over top of the mix and serve dish warm.
