8 oz. container of plain yogurt or sour cream
1 box lemon cake mix
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients, then fold in blueberries. Bake at 325º in a bundt pan for 45-55 minutes until done.

This works well with other flavors of cake mix as well. It looks impressive and tastes great, but is super easy and uses ingredients you probably have on hand. You can drizzle confectioner's sugar and milk over the top to make a quick and pretty icing.
