10 oz. can Campbell's onion soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, fork beaten
dash salt
dash pepper
1 T. flour
1/4 c. Heinz ketchup
1/4 c. water
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon French's mustard

Directions:
In bowl combine 1/3 cup soup with ground beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into oval patties. In frying pan, brown patties. Drain off fat and remove patties; keep warm. Gradually blend flour into remaining soup, mixing until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Add to frying pan. Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits. Cover; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add patties to gravy in frying pan. Cover and simmer additional 15 minutes.
