Pie Crust
1-2 Ready-To-Eat Bananas
Lemon Juice
3 c. Pitted Dates
1 tsp. Cinnamon
4 c. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 T. Earth Balance natural buttery spread
Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas and put into cooked pie crust. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Bring dates, water, & cinnamon to a boil for 3 min.
Let cool for a few minutes, then add vanilla and Earth Balance natural buttery spread.
Put mixture into blender (blending 1/2 at a time) and pour over bananas.
Sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate.

This is good with a graham cracker crust which can be made with Splenda and the Earth Balance buttery spread.
