3 c. Flour
3/4 c. Salt (heaping)
6 tsp. Cream of Tartar
3 c. Water
3 T. Vegetable Oil
Food Coloring
Flavoring (Peppermint, Banana, Coconut, etc.)

Mix: flour, salt, and cream of tartar.
Add: water, veg. oil, food coloring, & flavoring. Blend well.
Place in large pan and cook over low to med/low heat until stiff, stirring constantly.
Remove and knead until smooth.
Store in airtight container.
