1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 small can mandarin oranges

Topping:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place cake mix in mixer bowl. Add eggs, oil and the mandarin oranges and liquid (the whole thing). Mix for 4 minutes. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.

Topping:
Prepare topping by mixing the dry instant pudding with the crushed pineapple, then fold this mixture in with Cool Whip and frost cake when cooled. Leftovers should be refrigerated.
