6 Eggs, separated
1/2 c. Sugar
4 c. Milk
6 T. Tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in sauce pan: 6 egg yolks and sugar. Slowly add milk over low heat. Spinkle in tapioca while stirring. Continue stirring over med-low heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.

In lg. bowl beat 6 egg whites until stiff.

Fold egg whites into tapioca mixture -- add vanilla and salt. Pour into serving bowl and Refrigerate.
