1/2 c. Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 lg. Ripe Bananas (approx 2 1/3 c.)
2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
In lg. mixing bowl cream together: butter, sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Mash and add bananas.

Sift together: Flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to banana mixture and stir until moistened.

Pour into 1 lg. 5x9 (or 4 sm.) lightly greased loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
