1 t. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided (coarsely chopped)
1 1/4 lbs. large shrimp, peeled & deveined (can be frozen)
2 T. fresh lemon juice
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta)
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 - 28 ounce cans whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 t. fresh ground pepper
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds; add 1/4 cup parsley and tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp, cook 5 minutes. Pour mixture into a 11 x 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with the feta cheese. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parsley, lemon juice and pepper and serve over pasta. Serve with lemon wedges.
