1 pound sausage
6 slices bread, crust removed
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
5 eggs
2 cups half & half
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Stir while cooking so it will be in small pieces. Drain. Set aside. Spread bread with butter and cube. Put in a 9x13 buttered dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine other ingredients, beating well. Pour over bread and cheese mixture in dish. Chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.
