4 6oz. Filet Mignon
1 cup lump crabmeat
1 tbsp. celery, minced
1 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp. dried mustard flour
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice filet through the middle of the side 3/4 of the way through steak. In the meantime combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly but gently. Place a 1/4 of mixture on 1/2 of each of the opened filets and fold the top part closed. Be gentle and don't press out filling. Place in baking dish and place in oven for about 20 min.
