10 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sesame seeds (I use chia seeds)
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. pecans (or walnuts)
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 T. vanilla
2 c. of your favorite dried fruit (raisins, blueberries, cranberries, apricots, bananas, cherries)

Preheat over to 300º.
In a large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, flax, coconut, seeds and nuts, mix well.
In a large sauce pan combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat until mixed, but do not boil. Pour the syrup over dry ingredients and stir until coated well. Spread onto 3 large jelly roll pans. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a crunchier mixture bake an additional 10 to 15 min. Cool mixture and add dried fruit. Store in and airtight container in a cool dry place. Will keep up to 6 months.
