1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 T. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
can of peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pretzels, butter and sugar and pat in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix up Jello according to pkg. directions, set aside to slightly thicken.

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar together and spread over pretzel mixture. When Jello is thickened (not hard but not soupy) pour over cream cheese mixture. Cut up the peaches and pat them on top and refrigerate.
