1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T. dried onion flakes
2 T. ketchup
1 1/2 c. crushed Malt-O-Meal Honey & Oat Blenders
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 T. brown sugar
juice of 1/2 a lemon

Mix the pork and beef with egg yolks. Add salt, pepper, onion flakes, ketchup and cereal. Mix by hand, until combined. Form into miniature meatballs by hand or use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon. (You can refrigerate meatballs up to 2 days, or freeze and bake later.) In a large sauce pan, melt the cranberry sauce over medium-low heat. Add the chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice and stir until the sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Place the meatballs in a 9x13 pan; top with the sauce. Bake in 350º oven for 40-45 minutes.
